I had a Sports Massage with Kim today and have to say she is incredible at what she does. I'm a Massage therapist myself and with the wear and tear I get on my body I wanted a thorough full body deep tissue massage with some attention to my forearm due to some wrist pain. Kim's massage is the perfect balance of Sports/Remedial, with some Thai techniques; Kim also knew exactly what muscle groups to target for the work I do and I can tell she will work this way with all her clients. Her place is beautiful and I left feeling pain free, my joints released and much happier. I will be back!Kim is amazing - after 18 months of NHS physios not helping 'fix' my shoulder I found Kim and so glad I did! After only a few months my shoulder is back to normal usage and completely pain free - highly recommended!
Used KF Sports massage several times to help with niggling shoulder and back injuries. Amazing service, Kim knows her stuff and always manages to help heal my injuries. Highly recommend!

As a rugby player lucky enough to be treated by Kim, the head therapist at KF Sports Massage, I can't recommend enough. Really welcoming and takes time to properly assess and then treat anything from a pre-event warm up to longstanding injuries. She takes everything in her stride and shows a great level of competence, expertise and professionalism, and has helped me personally be able to play week in week out. Great service all roundI have used KF Sports Massage for over a year now and found Kim to be absolutely brilliant. She has aided my convalescence from a back injury no end. She is always happy and cheerful and full of knowledge. Highly recommended to anybody thinking about a massage.
After being highly recommended by several friends, Kim certainly didn't disappoint!! Lovely and friendly and made me feel so at ease. Massage was perfect and hit all the right spots, amazing feeling afterwards. First day back training and feel so good, no niggles at all!! Highly recommend xx
Kim is very friendly, professional and really knows her stuff. She takes time to explain and ask questions to deliver a really precise effective and very effective sports message. Ive had pains for years with heavy lifting at work and thought I had to just live with pain,oh how wrong I was. Kim worked her magic and hey presto no more pain. Highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant. Would not go anywhere else! Highly recommend! Kimberley is very professional and has really helped me. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. And even checked my little girls bad foot free of charge. Made her feel very calm, and put my mind at rest by letting me know there is nothing to worry about, it just needs rest.
